Premier Bank of Jacksonville and Salem Lutheran Elementary School partnership was established in August, 2004. Our partnership's mission is to provide activities, program assistance, and resources to meet the needs of the students and the school. As the partnership continues to grow, we are certain it will provide mutually rewarding opportunities to learn more about each other's environments and continue to improve the educational opportunities for the students.

Premier Bank of Jacksonville is dedicated to linking the educational community to the business community to show the importance of education as it applies to students later in life and the effort that is required by the entire community. We will achieve this through the adoption of each classroom by an employee of Premier Bank of Jacksonville. The employees provide one-on-one assistance with the students as well as provide assistance to their respective teacher with (1) hour per week of volunteerism. We support the educational and service activities of the students and assist at school functions. This has been an extremely rewarding program not only for the students, but for bank employees as well.

Premier Bank of Jacksonville has a collection site for Campbell's Soup labels as well as box tops for education. We encourage our customer's participation in this collection for the betterment of the school. The labels and box tops are redeemed by the school for educational purposes. Our bank lobby is proud to display the artwork of the students. The art board changes on a monthly basis showing their newest artwork.
